I’ve bought and tried many other popular fat loss products, ones that I’ll bet you’ve seen and perhaps even tried yourself.
After much time and effort, I realized these products weren’t getting me anywhere at all! So I decided to make a Burn The Fat review site, to give you an honest review of the one product whose time-tested techniques have finally given me the results I want.
But be warned, in my Burn The Fat review I’ll be going into both the good and the bad, so if there’s something you might not want to hear, then you may as well leave now.

A lot of other products that are currently popular and selling well, try to sell you on all these ‘new’ ways of burning body fat and losing weight, ‘new’ techniques that are far more ‘efficient’ than older methods that are ‘cumbersome’ and ‘time consuming’.
Since we all want to save time and lose weight with the least amount of effort possible, we’re convinced by their sales pitch and we find ourselves reaching for our credit cards before we know it!
And guess what? A few weeks down the line and we’re still fat! Where’s the incredible body that you were going to show off at the beach this summer? Where’s the new dress-size that your friends were supposed to be complimenting you on, or that six pack if you’re a guy?
You might have realized by then that the product you bought was a scam (has this happened to you? Because it’s happened to me a lot!), or worse – you maybe started to think that you’re not supposed to lose fat, that you were never meant to be skinny (if this is the case, then PLEASE carry on reading, the reason I’m doing a Burn The Fat review, is because I truly believe EVERYONE can lose weight and get that body they want and deserve).
Perhaps by then you gave up on that particular product, but you were later convinced that a new product could help you lose weight, and the cycle just repeated itself (I’ve been going through this cycle of hope followed by failure all my life!)

Bodybuilders have been refining and perfecting the art of losing body fat for over a century, and this book is based on what these guys do behind the scene to lower body fat down to world-record levels.
I say ‘behind the scene’, because unfortunately the stuff you see on the magazines are full of rubbish trying to sell you something like a new supplement or new piece of equipment, rather than trying to get you results.
I should add, that if you don’t want to be a bodybuilder, the techniques discussed in this book will still apply to you, because the process of losing body fat is the same no matter what end result you want. So why not learn from the guys whose main focus for the last 129 years has been to lose body fat?
So what’s different about Burn The Fat Feed The Muscle is that it doesn’t try to sell you on any ‘new’ revolutionary techniques of losing weight that’s better than anything that came before (because there’s no such thing), but instead it focuses on techniques that have been working for thousands of bodybuilders for over a century, and will work on you too (well it worked on me, and hey – I’m no bodybuilder).

These are the same techniques used by fitness models with ripped six pack abs you see on magazine covers; techniques that no-one will tell you about, why? Because these people can make more money by lying to you and telling you they have a ‘new’ technique or exercise that’s better than all the rest, or by trying to sell you a supplement/pill or a piece of exercise equipment.
In short, in my Burn The Fat Review, I truly believe that Burn The Fat Feed The Muscle uncovers all the lies about losing weight and gives you the facts – the eating habits and exercise routines that all those lying fitness models and bodybuilders on magazine covers are REALLY using to burn body fat and get a lean sexy body.
What I like best about Burn The Fat Feed The Muscle…
This book literally takes you by the hand and shows you step by step what exactly to do, to have you burning body fat the quickest way possible. You’ll be left with no questions ‘how do I do this, how do I do that?’ … everything will be answered, all you have to do is follow what is set out in the book and you WILL experience rapid weight loss, no matter how hopeless you think you are.
Something else I like about this book…
Ok, so the best thing about it is that it works – it will teach you and show you how to lose weight. A bonus on the side however, is adjusting your eating habits to the way that’s suggested in the book will make you feel amazing!
What do I mean by this? Well unlike calorie-restricted ‘diets’ that make you feel tired, hungry and lacking energy all day, the meal plan in Burn The Fat Feed The Muscle is one that really fills you with energy and never leaves you feeling hungry or too full.
It revs up your metabolism, turning your body into a fat burning furnace and makes you feel totally alert and full of energy all day long!
“Is there something you don’t like Noor?”
In my Burn The Fat Rview, my only complaint is that it’s a long book – 340 pages in total. The good news however, is that you don’t have to finish the whole book to start on the program. The first few chapters will give you enough information to start making changes to your diet and how you exercise, so you’re burning calories and losing fat while you get through the rest of the book.
And I tell you… by the end of it you’ll know so much about weight loss, that you’ll know more than most fitness instructors… so you can totally forget about having to waste money on one :p
Also, if you want to be lied to and told that you can lose 20 pounds in the next few days, this is NOT the book for you. Burn The Fat Feed The Muscle focuses on long term changes to the way that you eat and the way that you exercise, to get you permanent healthy weight loss as fast as is healthily possible.
If you want a quick-fix and are not really that dedicated to losing weight, then don’t waste your money on this product, capiche?
